Kim's Dreams, Disasters, and Daily Demands!

Hi my name is Kim Handcock and I am the owner of Treat U Boutique.  I am married to a wonderful husband who believed in me enough to allow me to take this leap and open my own on-line boutique.  I am a mother to 4 amazing children that bring so much joy to my life but also make me want to pull my hair out! 

My goal with this Blog is not to give you great tips on how to make the best lunches for your children but to show you that you are not alone in this busy and unforgiving world!  I am not the mom that spends hours trying to find the best snack to send with their kids for treat day or the person who spends hours making sure their child's hair is perfect. I am the mom that will stop at the grocery store on their way to school to grab treats and as far as my girls hair do's...  messy ponytails are as good as it gets!   Don't get me wrong, a part of me envy's those that do take the time for those things.  I'm just not wired that way!  

Now you are probably wondering just who I am and just what do I take time to do??  I am a busy body.  I am not one who likes to sit down and watch a movie and relax.  I try.. I really do.  I end up either falling asleep or pulling my phone out and I start shopping for my boutique or looking for decorating inspirations.  I am more likely to put some headphones on and start an audio book while I am cleaning house, folding clothes, or doing yard work.  I am the type of person that would rearrange their house every week if I had the time.  Don't fool yourself though... these things are even hard to find time to do anymore.  I spend the majority of my time chasing children!

My life is NOT exciting in anyway.. but I can guarantee that it is REAL!  You will relate to some of my stories and if you don't... just wait because there will come a day that you probably will!  :)  

So until my next post... let me leave you with this.  Every wife/mom deserves a good foot rub or back rub after a long day of dealing with your family's endless demands.  TEACH YOUR CHILDREN HOW TO GIVE A GOOD FOOT RUB!  They are usually just as good as your husbands and you can repay them with a treat!  ;)
